Description of another product Ceramic Coffee Mug 350 ml · brygga.shop

Title Ceramic Coffee Mug 350 ml

Current description

A 1.7-litre electric kettle with automatic shut-off and a removable limescale filter.

Why it was flagged: This description reads as written for a different product than the title names.

An example finding, not your catalog yet.

From a gap in your catalog to a fix in your store.

Install the plugin and press Connect in wp-admin. On our 150-product test store the first findings are in within a minute, with no keys to copy.

1. It finds the problems.

35 checks look for 55 named problems, from thin descriptions to images without alt text. Most are plain rules, with no AI. 5 ask a decision model about meaning, such as whether a description is about the product its title names, and it answers with a probability, never text. Findings are ranked by severity, so real defects come before nice-to-haves.

  • Thin or placeholder descriptions
  • Duplicated descriptions
  • Descriptions of another product
  • Attributes that contradict the description
  • Missing brand, price or SKU
  • Images without alt text
  • Missing SEO titles and meta descriptions
  • Broken encoding and Word-pasted markup
  • Variants without price, SKU or GTIN
  • Titles in ALL CAPS
  • Products without an image
  • Duplicate SKUs
  • Missing or invalid GTINs
  • Products without a category

50 of the 55 problems can be fixed from CatalogLift on a paid plan. See every check

2. AI drafts one fix per problem.

Each draft is asked for in your store's language and inside the style rules you set, like tone and words to avoid. You see it as a plain before and after.

3. The facts come from your catalog.

A draft uses what your catalog already holds: attributes, short description, category, brand. Those facts sit next to the suggestion, so you can check the wording against them. When the facts aren't enough, it says so instead of padding.

4. You decide what is applied, or an agent you connected does.

Approve one at a time or in a batch, skip or reject. The change is written to WooCommerce, read back and re-checked. Each change keeps a record of who decided and when, and verified changes can be rolled back for 150 days where the previous value can be restored.

The scan is free. Applying changes is paid, per store.

Every check on one store, and 25 AI runs on your own catalog, cost nothing. You pay when you want CatalogLift to apply, verify and roll back changes.

Questions

Do I need to install anything on my store?

One small WordPress plugin, installed from the WordPress plugin directory like any other. It needs WordPress 6.7, PHP 8.3 and WooCommerce 10.0 or newer. You press Connect in wp-admin, confirm the store in CatalogLift, and the first sync starts on its own — no keys to copy, no Jetpack, no WordPress.com account.

What can the AI change — and what can it never touch?

AI drafts text: product titles, descriptions, short descriptions, SEO titles and meta descriptions, image alt text, and brand or attribute values recovered from your own data. It never proposes prices, SKUs, stock, GTINs, dimensions or shipping. A draft is applied when you decide in the panel, or when an agent you connected decides for you.

Can I take a change back?

On a paid plan, verified changes can be rolled back for 150 days where the previous value can be restored; availability also depends on your connector. Before restoring, the connector compares the current value in WooCommerce with what CatalogLift wrote, so a rollback never overwrites an edit someone made in the meantime.

What data leaves my store?

Catalog data only: products, variations, categories, brands, attributes, media metadata and SEO fields, plus the store settings that format a catalog, such as currency and locale, over a signed connection. Orders, customers and e-mail addresses are never read. Delete the store in CatalogLift and our copy of its catalog is deleted with it.

Is there a trial?

There is no trial clock. The free plan is free for good — one store, 1,000 products, every check, and 25 AI runs to judge the writing on your own catalog. Paid plans add applying, verification and rollback, and you can cancel anytime.
